Do you pay dues to an association? 

Yes, we pay monthly assessments to the Diamond Cove Homeowners Association. Diamond Cove is a private community and as such we are self-maintaining. Ownership of a historic home or building also includes common ownership of 68% of the land and also includes common buildings, beaches and amenities.
